LOG-IN Problems during Checkout or at Log-In Site of our Shop with SAFARI

Payment / Bank Details
We are a company based in Austria. If you are a customer not based in Austria, please include our international bank details (IBAN/BIC) when paying in advance. Our bank details can be seen during the check-out process and are also listed on your order confirmation.

Delivery Time
Unfortunately we are not able to give you an exact date for the delivery. Due to order volume, shipping method and shipping address delivery times might vary. Please make sure to get in touch with us, should you have not received a confirmation of shipment of your order after 14 days of receiving the initial order confirmation. For orders including pre-ordered items, we will do our best that the order will ship on time for the official release date.

Shipping Costs
You will get the shipping costs with your invoice.

Returns
You find all the details on returns & your right of withdrawal in the “cancellation policy” section.

Order via Mail or Telephone
Orders via mail or telephone are exclusively reserved for registered customers only – exceptions are e.g. technical problems with the shop.

Previous orders are not listed under "My Account"? 
Order placed before 01st of December 2016 NOT be listed. However, none of these orders are lost and ALL of them will be shipped on time!
